Refund policy

For change of mind purchases, Leskes Jewellers offers a 14 Day Money back Returns Policy on all online and in-store purchases subject to:

• The piece is in its original condition and is with the original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear-and-tear, any alterations (done outside of Leskes Jewellers) or any form of damage will not qualify for a refund.
• Engraved pieces are non-refundable.
• Special Orders or Custom-Made pieces are non-refundable.

All received returned items are put through a quality inspection and check. If the returned piece satisfies that it has not been worn, damaged or altered, we will then refund you the purchase price. Please ensure you have all receipts, certification, and original packaging before contacting us for a refund.
